Why am I having trouble getting access to Elemental Chat with Holochain Launcher?

Though we’ve previously tested Elemental Chat with both the hosted version and Holochain Launcher (and it worked well!) we’re not supporting Launcher for this test. However, everyone is more than welcome to try out Launcher and create their own private chat space.
